Governmental Entity

Governmental Entity. Means any national, federal, state, municipal, local, territorial, foreign or other government or any department, commission, board, bureau, agency, regulatory authority or instrumentality thereof, or any court, judicial, administrative or arbitral body or public or private tribunal.

Governmental Entity. Shall mean any federal, state or local court, administrative or regulatory agency or commission or other governmental authority, domestic or foreign (including any applicable stock exchange)

Governmental Entity. Any court, agency, authority, department, legislative or regulatory body or other instrumentality of any government or country or of any national federal, state, provincial, regional, county, city or other political subdivision of any such government or any supranational organization of which any such country is a member or quasi-governmental authority or self-regulatory organization of competent authority.

Governmental Entity. Has the meaning set forth in the Merger Agreement.

Governmental Entity. Means any nation or government, any state, municipality or other political subdivision thereof and any entity, body, agency, commission, department, board, bureau or court, whether domestic, foreign or multinational, exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government and any executive official thereof.

Governmental Entity. Means any arbitrator, court, governmental body, regulatory body, administrative agency or other authority, body or agency having jurisdiction over the Company or any of its subsidiaries or any of their respective properties, assets or operations.

Governmental Entity. Any court or tribunal in any jurisdiction or any federal, state, municipal, domestic, foreign or other administrative agency, department, commission, board, bureau or other governmental authority or instrumentality

Governmental Entity. Any federal, state, local or foreign government or political subdivision thereof, or any agency or instrumentality of such government or political subdivision, or any self-regulated organization or other non-governmental regulatory authority or quasi-governmental authority (to the extent that the rules, regulations or orders of such organization or authority have the force of Law), or any arbitrator, court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction

Governmental Entity. Any United States or non-United States (a) federal, national, state, provincial, local, municipal or other government, (b) governmental or quasi-governmental entity of any nature (including any governmental agency, branch, department, official, or entity and any court or other tribunal), or (c) body exercising or entitled to exercise any administrative, executive, judicial, legislative, police, regulatory or taxing authority or power of any nature

Governmental Entity. Means any nation, state, municipality and any federal, state, local, foreign, provincial or supranational court or governmental agency, authority, instrumentality or regulatory body.
