Guarantors

Guarantors. Shall mean LM Funding, LLC and US Digital Mining and Hosting Co., LLC.

Guarantors. Means, collectively, each subsidiary of the Borrower which provides a guarantee of all or any portion of the Obligations of the Borrower to the Secured Party, including, without limitation, GSE Performance Solutions, Inc., Hyperspring, LLC, Absolute Consulting, Inc., GSE True North Consulting, LLC, and GSE Design & Analysis, LLC.

Guarantors. Collectively, each person or entity which provides a guarantee of all or any portion of the Obligations of the Company to the Secured Party.

Guarantors. Shall initially mean each of Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure L.P. (the "Operating Partnership"), Hannon Armstrong Capital, LLC ("HAC"), HAT Holdings I LLC ("HAT I"), HAT Holdings II LLC ("HAT II"), HAC Holdings I LLC ("HAC I"), and HAC Holdings II LLC ("HAC II").

Guarantors. Means Compañía Minera Mantos de Oro, Fairbanks Gold Mining, Inc., Great Bear Resources Ltd., KG Mining (Bald Mountain) Inc., KG Mining (Round Mountain) Inc., Kinross Brasil Mineração S.A., Melba Creek Mining, Inc. and Round Mountain Gold Corporation, and any other subsidiary of the Company that hereafter becomes a Guarantor under the Indenture, that in each case remains a Guarantor under the Indenture as of any relevant time.

Guarantors. Shall mean the Initial Guarantors, any Additional Guarantors and any successor of a Guarantor that provides a Guarantee for the Securities.

Guarantors. Means The Prime Group, Inc., an Illinois corporation, Prime Group Limited Partnership, an Illinois limited partnership, Prime Group II, L.P., an Illinois limited partnership, PGLP, Inc., an Illinois corporation and Prime International, Inc., an Illinois corporation.

Guarantors. Shall mean LVC Retail Corporation, a Delaware corporation, and Lillian Vernon International, Ltd., a New York corporation, and any person that shall become a Guarantor in accordance with Section 5.11.

Guarantors. Means Mountain Gas Resources, Inc., a Delaware corporation, Western Gas Resources-Texas, Inc., a Texas corporation, MGTC, Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("MGTC"), MIGC, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("MIGC"), Lance Oil & Gas Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Western Gas Wyoming, L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company.

Guarantors. The Company's subsidiaries that provide guarantees under the Mt. Sterling, Ohio Credit Agreement (the "Guarantors")
