Guarantors

Guarantors. Shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble and shall also include any Guarantor's successors and any Additional Guarantors.

Guarantors. The meaning set forth in the preamble hereto

Guarantors. The Initial Guarantors, any Additional Guarantors and any Guarantor's successor that Guarantees the Securities

Guarantors. Shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Indenture

Guarantors. The meaning set forth in the preamble and shall also include their respective successors

Guarantors. Means, collectively, each Person which provides a guarantee of all or any portion of the Obligations of the Borrower to the Secured Party, including, without limitation, the Company.

Guarantors. Any subsidiary of the Issuer that executes a Guarantee under the Indenture after the date of this Agreement and any Guarantor's successor that Guarantees the Securities

Guarantors. The meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph hereto

Guarantors. Shall mean CFP Residential, L.P., Kenneth Valach, J. Ronald Terwilliger and Brian Austin.

Guarantors. Collectively those direct and indirect Subsidiaries of the Borrowers set forth on Schedule 3 to the Credit Agreement, and "Guarantor" means any of such Guarantors and each additional entity whether now owned or hereafter acquired that becomes a Guarantor pursuant to Section 8.12 hereof; provided, however, that URBN Canada Retail, Inc., a corporation formed under the laws of British Columbia, Canada, shall not be a Guarantor.
