Guarantors

Example Definitions of "Guarantors"
Guarantors. The term "Guarantors" means all of the undersigned, jointly and severally; and the term "Guarantor" means each of the undersigned, individually and collectively.
Guarantors. Shall include COMTEQ FEDERAL OF NEW HAMPSHIRE INC., a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Comteq.
Guarantors. Shall mean the guarantors listed on the signature pages hereof (each individually, a "GUARANTOR" and collectively, the "GUARANTORS").
Guarantors. Means John Gott, Michael Maples and Edward Moist, individually, who shall provide validity guarantees.
Guarantors. Means the Company's subsidiaries which guaranteed the Company's Obligations under the Third Amended Credit Agreement.
Guarantors. Shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement and also includes the respective successors to the Initial Guarantors.

Guarantors. Scienture, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (individually, each a "Guarantor")
