Guarantors. Guarantors. Means the subsidiaries of the Company that are fully and unconditionally guaranteeing the payment of principal of, premium and Additional Interest, if any, and interest on the Securities on a senior unsecured basis, jointly and severally, pursuant to their respective guarantees, namely (i) Autostack Company LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, Greenbrier-Concarril, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Greenbrier Leasing Company LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, Greenbrier... Guarantors. Contained in Section 1 is hereby amended by inserting the new phrase "TTech Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation," immediately preceding the phrase "Guideline Research Corp".
