Guaranty

Guaranty. That certain Guaranty dated as of the date hereof from the Guarantors in favor of the Investor, as the same may be amended, restated, and/or modified from time to time, together with any other guaranty entered into after the date hereof in accordance with the terms hereof

Guaranty. Means the Guaranty of certain of the Company's Subsidiaries required to be delivered to the Investors in accordance with the terms of the Debentures.

Guaranty. Each Limited Guaranty of even date herewith executed by Guarantor.

Guaranty. The meaning given in Recital B hereof.

Guaranty. That certain Limited Guaranty dated as of the date hereof made by Parent in favor of Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Lenders, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time

Guaranty. That certain Guaranty of Payment and Performance dated as of even date herewith from Guarantor in favor of Lender, as the same may be amended, restated, modified or replaced from time to time.

Guaranty. For purposes of this Guaranty, all capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement.

Guaranty. Means any guaranty, surety instrument, security, indemnity, "keep-well" agreement or other instrument or arrangement from or with any Guarantor

Guaranty. That certain Guaranty dated as of the date hereof executed by the Company's domestic Subsidiaries in favor of the Holders.

Guaranty. Means that certain Sublease Guaranty to be executed by APPLERA CORPORATION in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
