Holder

Holder. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble and shall include ------ certain transferees to which registration rights are transferred or assigned pursuant to Section 7 hereof.

Holder. Any Person who holds Registrable Securities and any holder of Registrable Securities to whom the registration rights conferred by this Agreement have been transferred in compliance herewith.

Holder. Means each Initial Purchaser for so long as it owns any Registrable Bonds, and such of its respective successors and assigns who acquire Registrable Bonds, directly or indirectly, from such person or from any successor or assign of such person, in each case for so long as such person owns any Registrable Bonds.
