Holder

Holder. Means the Company or any Pledgee or other transferee pursuant to a Transfer of Shares under Section 3(a)(ii), (iii) or (iv).

Holder. Shall mean, as to any Warrant and as of any particular date, the person in whose name the Warrant Certificate representing such Warrant is registered as of that date on the Warrant Register maintained by the Corporation.

Holder. Means any party who is a signatory to this Agreement and who holds Registrable Securities. For purposes of Sections 2.3, 2.5 and 2.6, Rio Bravo shall be deemed to be one Holder.

Holder. Means collectively, each holder from time to time of Registrable Securities including, without limitation, each Purchaser and its assignees.
