Holder

Holder. Means each of the Stockholders and their Permitted Transferees and any other Person entitled to incidental or piggyback registration rights pursuant to the Woodside LLC Agreement.

Holder. Has the meaning specified in the second introductory paragraph hereto.

Holder. Or Holders means the holder or holders, as the case may be, from time to time of Registrable Securities; provided, however, that with respect to Section 2(b) and (c), the term Holder means only those Holders who acquired Registrable Securities pursuant to a Subscription Agreement

Holder. The initial holder of this Warrant set forth in the first paragraph of this Warrant and any other person or entity which becomes a holder of this Warrant pursuant to the terms of this Warrant.
