Improvement. Shall mean any improvement, enhancement, refinement, modification or other new invention or discovery, whether patentable or unpatentable, deriving from or otherwise relating to, in whole or in part, any of the claims of any of the Patents described in Exhibit A hereto, any of the Trade Secrets or the Products.
