Improvement

Improvement. The meaning that applies under the US federal law under the Patent Act

Improvement. Means any modification of or improvement or enhancement to the technology that is the subject of the Licensed Patents and in the Field of Use.

Improvement. Means any invention, discovery or Know-How, whether or not patentable, relating to the Product and developed solely or jointly by POZEN, Licensee, their Affiliates or their Third Party contractors after the Effective Date in the course of performing a Development Program or commercializing a Product.

Improvement. An improvement to an invention claimed in the Patent Rights that, absent a license, cannot be practiced without infringing a Valid Claim. For avoidance of doubt, Improvement does not mean or include developments that are useful in practicing the Patent Rights, but which may be practiced, absent a license, without infringing a Valid Claim.

Improvement. Any alteration or modification of any Invention, but such that the altered or modified version comes within any claim of the Licensed Rights

Improvement. Any improvement, variation, modification, or derivative work of any Invention (whether or not patentable), works of authorship, or Know-how included in the Patent Rights.

Improvement. Any Software or Platform enhancement, improvement, modification, innovation or derivative work, of any kind and nature, whether or not severable from the Software or the Platform, including without limitation Extensions and Specializations.
