Initial Public Offering. The Company's first successful completion of an SEC-registered, underwritten public offering of its Shares
Initial Public Offering. The closing of the issuance and sale of shares of Tarsus' capital stock in a public offering pursuant to an effective registration statement under the Securities Act.
