Initial Public Offering. The initial underwritten offering of the Common Shares to the general public pursuant to a registration statement filed with, and declared effective by, the Commission pursuant to the Securities Act
Initial Public Offering. The initial public offering of equity securities of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, as described in Section 12.16 of the LLC Agreement.
