Invention

Invention. Inventions (including, but not limited to, new contributions, concepts, ideas, developments, discoveries, processes, procedures, formulas, methods, compositions, techniques, articles, machines, and improvements), writings (including, but not limited to, computer programs, manuals, reports, databases and other information, whether in hard copy, electronic, digital or other form), and all related know-how.

Invention. Any new or improved apparatus, process, information, product, invention, discovery, idea, suggestion, material, data, equipment, design, circuit component, drawing, tooling, prototype, report, computer software, documentation or other Intellectual Property or know-how (whether or not patentable) discovered, produced, conceived, created or reduced to practice by either or both Parties (or their Affiliates, sublicensees, subcontractors, successors or assigns).

Invention. Shall mean any data, discoveries or inventions developed or generated in the performance of the Additional Research (and any and all vested, contingent and future intellectual property rights therein) including without limitation any inventions or discoveries, applications, concepts, ideas, documents, information, know-how, trade secrets, reports, analyses and data (all - including but not limited to processes, methods, software, formulae, techniques, compositions of matter, devices, and... improvements thereof and know-how relating thereto), all whether or not patentable or copyrightable. Invention. Any invention or discovery, including without limitation new uses or applications, improvements and enhancements, whether or not Patentable, together with all Intellectual Property rights and interest therein of whatever kind, worldwide, including without limitation Patents, Patent applications, rights to Patents, copyrights, trade secrecy rights, know-how, and any other proprietary rights

Invention. Any inventions or discoveries, whether or not patentable, first conceived and/or reduced to practice by employees and/or agents of either Party or its Affiliates or jointly by employees and/or agents of both Parties or their Affiliates that are generated in the course of performance of, or otherwise arise from, the Project, together with all patent applications and Patents claiming or covering such inventions or discoveries.

Invention. Any invention, discovery, composition, enhancement, technology, data or information (whether or not patentable) made or conceived by employees or others on behalf of AVID, HALOZYME or both in the performance of this Agreement.

Invention. And includes any invention, improvement, idea, creation, concept, know-how, trade secret or discovery deriving from the COLLABORATION, whether patentable or not.
