Inventory. Shall mean all "inventory" as defined in the UCC, now owned or hereafter acquired by Debtor, wherever located, including without limitation all raw materials and other materials and supplies, work-in-process and finished goods and any products made or processed therefrom and all substances, if any, commingled therewith or added thereto.
