Inventory

Inventory. Means all inventory (as defined in the UCC) of the Borrowers consisting of new and used vehicles, including without limitation trucks, tractors, buses, trailers, semi-trailers, chassis and glider kits, together with all attachments, accessions, accessories, exchanges, replacement parts, repairs and additions thereto. For the avoidance of doubt, "Inventory" shall not include (i) inventory of the Borrowers consisting of unattached parts and accessories, (ii) new Peterbilt Trucks and (iii)... vehicles owned by the Borrowers and leased to third parties, provided that, if such vehicles were financed with any Loans hereunder, such vehicles have been paid for hereunder. Inventory. Means all amounts of the Acquired Compound in Seller's possession and control, which amount is listed in Part 4 of Schedule A attached hereto. [***]

Inventory. Inventory. Means "inventory" (as that term is defined in the UCC).

Inventory. Means all of the inventory of the Seller on the Closing Date, wherever located, as "inventory" is defined in Section 9-102(l)(vv)(iv) of the Michigan Uniform Commercial Code, MCLA 440.9102(l)(vv)(iv).

Inventory. (i) all Goods now or hereafter owned by each Debtor, whenever acquired and wherever located, held for sale or lease or furnished or to be furnished under contracts of service, and all raw materials, work in process and materials now or hereafter owned by such Debtor, whenever acquired and wherever located, and used or consumed in its business; and (ii) all other property now or hereafter constituting "inventory" as defined in the UCC.

Inventory. Shall mean inventories, including all inventories of raw materials, work in process, finished products, goods, spare parts, replacement and component parts, and office and other supplies, including inventories held at any location controlled by the Seller and inventories previously purchased and in transit to the Seller at such locations.

Inventory. Has the same meaning given to it in the UCC.
