Investors. Means Bain Capital Partners, LLC and The Blackstone Group L.P.

Investors. Means the Person(s) named on Schedule A hereto, each Person to whom the rights of an Investor are assigned pursuant to Subsection 3.1 or Subsection 5.9, and any one of them, as the context may require.

Investors. Means (i) the Investors identified in the Purchase Agreement, (ii) any Person who receives Common Stock issued pursuant to the Merger Agreement and executes a joinder to this Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, and (iii) any Affiliate or permitted transferee of any Investor who is a subsequent holder of Registrable Securities.

Investors. Defined in the preamble to this Agreement

Investors. Shall mean the Warburg Investors, the TowerBrook Investors, Spheris Investment, CHS and their respective transferees and assigns that become parties to this Agreement pursuant to Section 8.3 hereof.
