Example Definitions of "Involuntary Termination"
Involuntary Termination. Means the involuntary termination of the Participant's employment by the Company or any Affiliate or Subsidiary other than for Cause, death or Disability.
Involuntary Termination. The occurrence of one of the following: (i) termination by the Company of Executive's employment with the Company for any reason other than Cause at any time; (ii) Executive's resignation from employment for Good Reason within six months following the occurrence of the event constituting Good Reason.
Involuntary Termination. For all purposes under this Agreement, 'Involuntary Termination' shall mean either (i) the Company terminates Executive's Employment with the Company for a reason other than death, Cause or Permanent Disability and a Separation occurs, or (ii) Executive resigns his Employment for Good Reason and a Separation occurs.
Involuntary Termination. A Separation resulting from either (a) your involuntary discharge by the Company for reasons other than Cause or (b) your voluntary resignation for Good Reason.
