Example Definitions of "Involuntary Termination"
Involuntary Termination. The termination of the Purchaser's Service by reason of: (i) The involuntary discharge of the Purchaser by the Company (or the Parent or Subsidiary employing him or her) for reasons other than Cause; or (ii) The voluntary resignation of the Purchaser for Good Reason
Involuntary Termination. The term "Involuntary Termination" shall mean either (a) the Employee's Termination Without Cause or (b) the Employee's Resignation for Good Reason.

Involuntary Termination. A termination of the Executive's employment by the Company without Cause other than in connection with the sale of some or all of the assets of the Company, including the sale of a facility, division, or subsidiary of the Company, pursuant to which the purchaser offers the Executive substantially equivalent employment, the terms of which would not give rise to Good Reason.
