IPO. The initial underwritten offering of the Shares pursuant to a registration statement (other than a Form S-8 or any successor form) declared effective with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
IPO. Means the first underwritten sale of the Company's Common Stock to the general public pursuant to a registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
