Example Definitions of "Knowhow"
Knowhow. Means all information (whether written or unwritten) and documents owned by any of the Sellers relating to the Products and/or [required for the conduct of] the Business including, but not limited to, all such information in respect of any Product's manufacture, delivery and use, and any product specifications, engineering and manufacturing technology, operating procedures, quality control procedures, standard manufacturing procedures, analytical methods' and quality control standards;
Knowhow. Shall mean the know-how, technical information and confidential technical data, together with all trade secrets, non-patented technical knowledge and inventions, confidential manufacturing procedures and methods, that are related to the Products.
Knowhow. Means unpatented and/or unpatentable technical information, including ideas, concepts, documentation, inventions, discoveries, data, designs, formulas, specifications, procedures for experiments and tests and other protocols, and results of experimentation and testing, licensed by Licensors during the term of the Agreement which are useful for the practice of the Licensed Patents and which Licensors have the right to sublicense. Knowhow. Means proprietary know-how, trade secrets, patented and unpatented inventions, data, technology and information, which a party hereto has the lawful right to disclose to the other party. "Know-How" shall include, without limitation, processes and analytical methodology used in development, testing, analysis and manufacture and medical, clinical, toxicological testing as well as other scientific data.
Knowhow. Knowhow. Means SURMODICS' trade secrets and other technical information relating to the surface treatment of medical devices and which SURMODICS has the right to transmit to others. Know-how includes but is not limited to information contained in pending patent applications of Patent Rights and information that is Confidential Information as defined in Paragraph 13.
Knowhow. Means any intangible information, whether proprietary or not and whether patentable or not, including ideas, concepts, formulas, methods, procedures, designs, compositions, plans, documents, inventions and discoveries.
