Knowhow

Knowhow. Any and all information, materials, processes and methods owned by ViroPharma, licensed to ViroPharma under the SaSy Agreement, or otherwise controlled by ViroPharma which during the term of this Agreement are not generally known and are utilized in connection with the development, manufacture or use of the Compound and/or the Products.

Knowhow. Shall mean all technical information, unpatented inventions, manufacturing secrets, practical experience, secret processes, formulae, manufacturing procedures, methods and materials relating to the Field of Interest.

Knowhow. Shall mean know-how, trade secrets, data, processes, techniques, procedures, compositions, devices, methods, formulas, protocols and information, whether or not patentable specifically related to the Licensed Technology.

Knowhow. Is all know-how belonging to Infineon or Infineon US, or which Infineon or Infineon US have the right to use and transfer or license, which is available within the Vanessa Transferred Business and used for the products and business thereof and which is in existence on the Effective Date, including but not limited to Galliumarsenide Know-How, customer requirements documentation, design and method documentation, and other intangible items which are not subject to any special intellectual property... right protection. Knowhow. Means all information regarding L-DOPS, including but not limited to, all information, formulations, materials, data, drawings, sketches, designs, testing and test results, records and Regulatory Documentation relating to L-DOPS.

Knowhow.
