Lease. Means, with respect to any real property, all legally binding written agreements in the nature of space leases, subleases, lettings, licenses, franchises, concessions or occupancy agreements, all other instruments or agreements with or given by tenants, subtenants, licensees, franchisees, concessionaires or occupants and all amendments, modifications, supplements, guaranties, additions, extensions, renewals and side letters of or to any of the foregoing, affecting such real property. Lease. Means the Lease Agreement by which Lender leases the Facility to Tenant.
