Lease

Lease. Means, with respect to any real property, all legally binding written agreements in the nature of space leases, subleases, lettings, licenses, franchises, concessions or occupancy agreements, all other instruments or agreements with or given by tenants, subtenants, licensees, franchisees, concessionaires or occupants and all amendments, modifications, supplements, guaranties, additions, extensions, renewals and side letters of or to any of the foregoing, affecting such real property. Lease. Means the Lease Agreement by which Lender leases the Facility to Tenant.

Lease. Unless otherwise defined in this Sublease or unless the context requires otherwise, all capitalized terms used in this Sublease shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Lease.

Lease. Means the Lease Agreement between Lender and Borrower dated September 22, 1998, as amended by a First Amendment to Lease dated as of September 30, 1999, and as further amended from time to time.

Lease. THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED LEASE AGREEMENT ("Lease"), is made and entered into as of the 1st day of August, 2000 ("Effective Date"), by and between Landlord and Tenant.
