Lease

Lease. THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (this "LEASE") is entered as of April 29, 1997, between CarrAmerica Realty, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership ("LANDLORD"), and ObjectSpace, Inc., a Texas corporation ("Tenant").

Lease. A Master Rental Agreement, Schedule(s), and if applicable, a Master Service Agreement between OMNICELL and a Customer, which have subsequently been assigned to GE, for a specified term during which GE shall be the owner of the relevant Equipment (not the Software) and the Customer shall be allowed the use of such Equipment and related Software.

Lease. The Original Lease, as amended by this First Amendment to Lease, shall herein be collectively referred to as the "Lease."
