Lease. This Master Lease

Lease. Terms defined in the Lease and used in this Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Lease.

Lease. Any lease of property by the Borrower or its Subsidiary which, in accordance with the accounting standards which is generally accepted as fair and appropriate one in Japan, should be reflected as a lease on the consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower.

Lease. The Lease of Office Space between Landlord and Tenant dated March 25, 2016, and this Amendment dated of even date hereof, including all Exhibits attached to the foregoing.
