Lease

Lease. And the terms "hereof", "herein", "hereto" and "hereunder", when used in this Industrial Plant Lease, shall mean and include this Industrial Plant Lease, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified or supplemented.

Lease. Means a lease pursuant to which Toymax or a Subsidiary holds a leasehold interest in any Real Property.

Lease. The Existing Lease, as amended by this Amendment, shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Lease".

Lease. The Original Lease, as amended by the First Amendment, by the Second Amendment, and by the Third Amendment shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Lease".

Lease. Lease. The Building Leases and the Farm Leases

Lease. That certain lease (and addendum thereto) dated December 8, 2000 between Identix, as lessee, and VBP, as lessor, and any and all other agreements, contracts, commitments, understandings or obligations between the Parties related thereto.

Lease. Means a Lease Schedule incorporating the terms of this Master Lease. If more than one Lease Schedule which reference this Master Lease have been executed, then each Lease Schedule, together with the referenced Master Lease Agreement, shall constitute a separate and independent Lease; the original of such Lease shall consist of the original, manually signed Lease Schedule and a true copy of this Master Lease.

Lease. Shall mean this Lease Agreement.

Lease. Shall mean the lease, between Equity Office Properties Trust, as successor in interest to WHAMC Real Estate Limited Partnership, and Alliance, dated November 7, 1997, for the property located at 6175 Lusk Boulevard, San Diego, California 92121, as assigned to, and assumed by, the Grantor as of the Closing Date.
