Leases

Leases. Means all leases, subleases, licenses, concessions and other agreements (written or oral), including all amendments, extensions, renewals, guaranties and other agreements with respect thereto, pursuant to which Seller holds any Leased Real Property, including the right to all security deposits and other amounts and instruments deposited by or on behalf of Seller.

Leases. Shall have the meaning provided in Granting Clause (F).

Leases. Means the amended leases for Virginia Honey's existing manufacturing facilities, attached hereto as Exhibits A-3 and A-4. The Leases are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.

Leases. Mean the Personal Property Leases and the Real Property Leases.

Leases. Means all leases, licenses or other documents providing for the use or occupancy of any portion of any Property, including all amendments, extensions, renewals, supplements, modifications, sublets and assignments thereof and all separate letters or separate agreements relating thereto.

Means all present and future leases, subleases, licenses, concessions or grants or other possessory interests now or hereafter in force, whether oral or written, covering or affecting the Mortgaged Property, or any portion of the Mortgaged Property (including proprietary leases or occupancy agreements if Borrower is a cooperative housing corporation), and all modifications, extensions or renewals.

Leases. The leases, tenancies, concessions, licenses and occupancies affecting the Premises as listed on Exhibit 1(D), as the same may be amended, modified or extended from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and any New Leases entered into between the date hereof and the Closing Date in accordance with Article 20 hereof, as well as all lease guaranties, if any, delivered in connection therewith

Leases. The leases and/or licenses of space in the Property in effect on the date hereof as listed on Exhibit K, together with leases of space in the Property entered into after the date hereof in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, together with all amendments and guaranties thereof. For the avoidance of doubt, the Seller License shall not be construed to be a Lease.

All leases, subleases, licenses, concessions and other Contracts pursuant to which the Company holds any Leased Real Property as tenant, sublease, licensee or concessionaire (including the rights to all security deposits and other amounts and instruments deposited by or on behalf of the Company thereunder) and all material amendments, extensions, renewals, guaranties and other agreements with respect thereto
