Example Definitions of "Leases"
Leases. The Leases are described in the Rent Roll (the "Rent Roll") attached as Exhibit C hereto.
Leases. Means the leases for the use and occupancy of portions of the Retail, Restaurant and Studio Office Space, which leases are listed on Schedule 7.2(k).
Leases. Shall mean the Lease or License agreements acceptable to Buyer for the operation of Seller's business and premises located at: (a)140 Wood Road, Suite 200, Braintree, MA 02184; (b) 50 Ragsdale Drive, Suite 150, Monterey, California 93940; and (c) 46040 Center Oak Plaza, Suite 165, Sterling, VA 20166.
Leases. Means the Manassas Lease, Woodbridge Lease and DC Lease.

Leases. Means all agreements to lease, leases, renewals of leases, subtenancy agreements, parking agreements, storage agreements and other agreements (including licences) which entitle any Person to possess or occupy any space within the Property, together with all security, guarantees and indemnities relating thereto, in each case as amended, renewed or otherwise varied, but excludes the PDN Ground Lease.
Leases. Any and all leases, subleases, licenses, concessions or grants of other possessory interests now or hereafter in force, oral or written, covering or affecting the Property, or any part thereof, together with all rights, powers, privileges, options and other benefits of Borrower thereunder.
Leases. All leases, subleases, licenses, concessions, occupancy agreements or other agreements (written or oral, now or at any time in effect) which grant a possessory interest in, or the right to use, all or any part of the Mortgaged Property
Leases. Shall mean those leases for tenants (other than Seller) occupying space in the Properties as set forth on the Rent Roll.
