Leases

Leases. All leases or other agreements permitting the use or occupancy of space on, under, over or about the Real Property, including all amendments and exhibits thereto and assignments thereof

Leases. Collectively, the Ground Lease, the Operating Lease and the Operating Sublease

Leases. A collective reference to all leases, subleases, or other occupancy agreements pursuant to which any person has the right to occupy space in the Real Property, including without limitation, all amendments and modifications thereto.

Leases. The leases, subleases, licenses and other agreements with respect to occupancy of space in the Real Property in effect on the date hereof as listed on Exhibit L, together with leases, subleases, licenses and other agreements with respect to occupancy of space in the Property entered into after the date hereof in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, together with all amendments and guaranties thereof, but excluding the Bond Lease.
