Leases

Leases. Collectively if more than one, any and all leases in effect at the Property, as more particularly described on Exhibit D attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Any reference to the Lease shall mean any individual lease.

Leases. A collective reference to all leases, subleases, or other occupancy agreements pursuant to which any person has the right to occupy space in the Real Property, including without limitation, all amendments and modifications thereto.

Leases. The leases, subleases, licenses and other agreements with respect to occupancy of space in the Real Property in effect on the date hereof as listed on Exhibit L, together with leases, subleases, licenses and other agreements with respect to occupancy of space in the Property entered into after the date hereof in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, together with all amendments and guaranties thereof, but excluding the Bond Lease.
