Leases

Leases. Shall mean, collectively, (i) that certain Master Lease Agreement, dated as of April 22, 1998, between URS Real Estate, L.P., as Landlord, and URS Logistic, Inc., as amended, (ii) that certain Master Lease Agreement, dated as of April 22, 1998, between Americold Real Estate, L.P., as landlord, and Americold Corporation, as tenant, as amended, (iii) that certain Master Lease Agreement, dated as of February 28, 1999, between Americold Corporation, as landlord, and AmeriCold Logistics, LLC, as... tenant, as amended, (iv) that certain Master Lease Agreement, dated as of March 11, 1999, between URS Logistics, Inc., as landlord, and AmeriCold Logistics II, LLC, as tenant, as amended, (v) that certain Master Lease Agreement, dated as of March 11, 1999, among VC Omaha Holdings, L.L.C. and certain of its Affiliates, collectively as landlord, and AmeriCold Logistics, LLC, as tenant, as amended and (vi) that certain Master Lease Agreement, dated as of March 11, 1999, among VC Omaha Holdings, L.L.C. and Carmar Freezers Thomasville L.L.C., collectively as landlord, and AmeriCold Logistics, LLC, as tenant, as amended. Leases. The Leases as hereby amended and modified.

Leases. Means the Lease Agreement by which affiliates of Lender lease the Facilities to Tenants. 2

Leases. Means, collectively, the oil and gas leases, oil, gas and mineral leases and subleases, royalties, overriding royalties, net profits interests, mineral fee interests, carried interests, and other rights to oil and gas in place, and mineral servitudes, that are described on Attachment 1 to Exhibit A.

Leases. Shall mean those leases, whether written or oral or partly written and partly oral, of Seller on the date hereof listed on Exhibit C and which, in the case of oral leases or modifications, are accompanied by a short description of the terms of such lease.
