Example Definitions of "Licensed Product"
Licensed Product. Means any product or component that incorporates or embodies any Licensed Intellectual Property, Licensed Trade Secrets or Technology/SUPR ISR System.
Licensed Product. Licensed Product. Shall mean: A. Any product(s) whose manufacture, use or sale in any country would, but for the ownership of or a license under LICENSED PATENTS, comprise an infringement, including contributory infringement, of one or more VALID CLAIMS, and B. Any product which incorporates, is produced by or utilizes the TECHNOLOGY.
Licensed Product. Shall mean Corixa's proprietary formulation of [*], known as PVAC, as further specified in Exhibit B, and [*].
Licensed Product. Refers to the intellectual property required to access the Supported Protocol, and to the APIs, and software, collectively.

(i) any product, the making, use, sale, offering for sale or importation or exportation of which infringes one or more Valid Claims of the Patents or the patents sublicensed to Catalyst pursuant to Section 2(a)(7) hereof, (ii) any product which is manufactured by using a Licensed Process, or (iii) any product that, when used, practices a Licensed Process.
Licensed Product. Means the Licensed Software and Documentation related thereto.
