Licensed Product

Licensed Product. Means (i) a semiconductor device, at whatever stage of completion in the manufacturing process, in die, wafer or chip form, or any other device or item of value, in each case for which the design is owned by Licensee or a third-party customer of Licensee or (ii) a Licensor Product.

Licensed Product. A device, composition, method, process or service, the manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale or import of which, but for the licenses granted herein, (i) would infringe a VALID CLAIM (including a device, composition, method, process or service) or (ii) utilizes or incorporates TANGIBLE PROPERTY.

Licensed Product. Means any product, including, without limitation, a product for use or used in practicing a Licensed Method and any product made by practicing a Licensed Method, the manufacture, use, Sale, offer for Sale or import of which, but for the license granted in this Agreement, would infringe, or contribute to, or induce the infringement of, any Patent Rights in any country were they issued at the time of the infringing activity in that country.

Licensed Product. Means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent.

Licensed Product. Means any product the manufacture, use, sale or import of which by Licensee and/or Sublicensee that would, in the absence of this Agreement, infringe, at least one Valid Claim of an issued patent or at least one Valid Claim of a pending patent application. For clarity, with respect to a claim of a pending patent application, "infringed" refers to activity that would infringe such Valid Claim if it were contained in an issued patent.

Licensed Product. Any product or process or component of either of the foregoing, the Exploitation of which would, in the absence of the licenses granted to Company hereunder, infringe at least one Valid Claim

Licensed Product. Means any product that: (a) contains a Compound as an active pharmaceutical ingredient (alone or with other active ingredients) in any forms, presentations, formulations or dosage strengths; or (b) the manufacture, sale, use or importation of which, absent the license granted to Tarsus from Elanco under this Agreement, would infringe a Valid Claim of a Licensed Patent.

Licensed Product. Any product which in whole or in part incorporates Derived Material or Derived Material Improvements

Licensed Product. Any product that contains, is made or derived from, and/or requires the use of any Tangible Research Property or Modifications.

Licensed Product. Licensed Patent Products and/or Licensed Other Product.
