Licensed Product

Licensed Product. Any material or product or kit, or any process, or procedure that (1) would constitute, but for the license granted to BioNanomatrix pursuant to this Agreement, an infringement of a Valid Claim of the Princeton Patent Rights or (2) is developed, made, sold, registered, or practiced using Licensed Method or which may be used to practice the Licensed Method, in whole or in part.

Licensed Product. Means any Currency Based Securities Product that is sold, sponsored or issued by Licensee in the Territory that is covered by or encompasses a claim contained in Licensor Patent Rights, including, but not limited to the Euro Currency Trust.

Licensed Product. The term 'Licensed Product' shall mean any product (a) the manufacture, use, importation, sale or offer for sale of which would, in the absence of the license granted by this Agreement, infringe a Valid Claim of any of the Licensed Patent Rights, or (b) that is comprised of, utilizes or incorporates Licensed Biological Materials, or (c) that is discovered, developed or made using a Licensed Process.

Licensed Product. On a country-by-country basis, any product, the making, using, selling, offering for sale, importing or exporting in the country in question would (without the license granted hereunder) infringe directly, indirectly by inducement of infringement, or indirectly by contributory infringement, at least one Valid Claim (were it to have issued) pending in that country or Valid Claim issued in that country.

Licensed Product. Means any products, the manufacture, use, offer for sale, sale, or importation of which by Licensee would, but for this Agreement, infringe a Valid Claim and/or (b)that incorporate or use any element of the Licensed Know-How in its design or manufacture.

Licensed Product. Means any composition, service, or product covered by a Valid Claim in Patent Rights, or produced by using a Licensed Method, or the manufacture, use, importation, sale, or offer for sale of which would constitute (absent this Agreement) an infringement, an inducement to infringe, or contributory infringement of any Valid Claim within Patent Rights.

Licensed Product. Means a product or composition that (i) contains at least one Product; (ii) uses Raw Materials; and (iii) is either branded with a Heatron brand or is designed by Heatron and sold in Heatron's ordinary course of business.

Licensed Product. Shall mean a Network Appliance Licensed Product or an Intel Licensed Product as applicable.

Licensed Product.
