Licensed Product

Licensed Product. Means any form or dosage of a Compound, delivered by any mode of administration, including inter alia, a transdermal patch formulation produced by LTS.

Licensed Product. Means any product or part of a product which: (a) is covered in whole or in part by rights contained in the Licensed Technology, or (b) is manufactured using a Licensed Process.

Licensed Product. Means an Identified Compound whose composition, manufacture or use comes within the scope of any unexpired claim of any of the Licensed Patents then in force in the country iA which the activity at issue takes place.

Licensed Product. Shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Distributor Agreement.

Licensed Product. Shall mean a MSCC Midspan Product which infringes any claim of an issued, unexpired Licensed Patent, which claim has not invalidated by a final, non-appealable order of a court of competent jurisdiction.

Licensed Product. Means any product (i) which incorporates an ArQule Compound; or (ii) which, absent the licenses granted to APB hereunder, the manufacture, use or sale of such product would infringe one or more Valid Claims of the ArQule Patent Rights or the Joint Patent Rights; or (iii) which is developed, manufactured or used through use of the ArQule Technology or the Joint Technology.

Licensed Product. Any product that, but for the license granted in Section 2 below, would infringe one or more valid claims of a Licensed Patent. The parties acknowledge and agree that the ValiMed System is a Licensed Product. For the sake of clarity, a "valid" claim is one which has not been held to be invalid by a court or administrative agency of final jurisdiction or all appeals with respect to same have been exhausted.

Licensed Product. Line of action/adventure products for the following platforms: i) GameBoy Color (1 SKU)

Licensed Product. Means any product, or part thereof, the manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale or import of which is or would be covered by any claim of the `972 Patent.

Licensed Product. Shall mean Corixa's proprietary formulation of delipidated and deglycolipidated Mycobacterium vaccae, known as PVAC, as further specified in Exhibit B, and any derivatives thereof.
