Example Definitions of "Loan Documents"
Loan Documents. Shall mean the Notes and the Amendment, all as now in effect and as hereafter amended, restated, renewed, or superseded.
Loan Documents. Means this agreement and all other legal documents signed and delivered to Lender by Borrowers before, upon, or after the date of this agreement in connection with any aspect of the transactions contemplated by this agreement, including without implied limitation (1) the promissory notes that evidence the New Loans, (2) a collateral assignment of a life insurance policy, (3) a mortgage of even date granted by the Trustee to Lender on the Property, and (4) an assignment of leases and rents of... even date with respect to the Property, together with all amendments, restatements, modifications, replacements, renewals, supplements, and substitutions thereof and therefor. Loan Documents. "Indebtedness," "Loan Documents" and "Property Jurisdiction" and other capitalized terms used but not defined in this Guaranty shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Security Instrument.
Loan Documents. Means this Agreement, the Note, the Security Agreement, the Addendum and Assignment, the Repossession Agreement, the UCC-1 and UCC-3 Financing Statements, and all other documents, instruments or agreements (excluding the Contracts) necessary to give effect to this Agreement and the transaction contemplated hereby.
Loan Documents. Means, collectively, this Note, any note or notes executed by Borrower and issued to Lender, and any other agreement entered into in connection with this Note, all as amended or extended from time to time.

Loan Documents. Means this Note, the Guaranty and any other documents relating thereto.
