Loan Documents

Loan Documents. Means the Loan Agreement, Note, the Instrument, UCC-1 Financing Statement, any of the Related Notes secured hereby from time to time, the Construction Loan Agreement, if any, and all other instruments, guaranties, documents and agreements evidencing or securing the same or the indebtedness and/or other obligations represented thereby.

Loan Documents. Shall mean, collectively, this Agreement, security agreements, UCC financing statements, and any other certificates, documents or agreements of any type or nature heretofore or hereafter executed and/or delivered by or on behalf of the Borrower to the Bank in furtherance of this Agreement or evidencing and/or securing any of the Obligations.
