Loan Documents

Loan Documents. Means (i) the Loan Documents (as defined in the Credit Agreement), (ii) the Guaranty, (iii) the Intercreditor Agreement, (iv) this Agreement, and (v) any mortgages, pledges, hypothecations, certificates, Copyright Security Agreements, Patent Security Agreements, or Trademark Security Agreements entered into or delivered in connection with this Agreement

Loan Documents. The meaning given to such term in the recitals to this Agreement.

Loan Documents. Loan Documents. This Loan Agreement and all other present and future documents, instruments and agreements securing or evidencing any Loan or otherwise relating hereto.

Loan Documents. Shall mean the Note, this Loan Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Completion Guaranty, the Environmental Indemnity, the Subordination of Management Agreement and all other documents executed by Borrower or Guarantors to evidence, secure or set out the terms of the Loan, each as the same may hereafter be amended, modified and restated from time to time.
