Example Definitions of "Loan Documents"
Loan Documents. The Loan Agreement, the Secured Note, and the Security Agreement, all of even date herewith, and all between Licensee and SBA, and any and all ancillary documents executed in connection therewith, as of the date of this Loan Agreement.
Loan Documents. Has the meaning given to such term in the Loan Agreement.
Loan Documents. The Loan and Security Agreement (as amended, including the amendments set forth in the DIP Loan Agreement), the Security Documents, each Deposit Account Control Agreement, each intellectual property security agreement, the DIP Loan Documents and all other agreements and documents contemplated by any of the aforesaid documents, and all amendments, modifications, addendums, and replacements, whether presently existing or created in the future
Loan Documents. Means the following documents collectively: (i) this Agreement; (ii) each promissory note or instrument of either Borrower or both Borrowers to the Bank (collectively the "Notes") evidencing the indebtedness for the Loans or any other Obligation of any Borrower to the Bank, including without limitation the Line Note, the Term Note and the Equipment Note; (iii) all other documents and instruments heretofore or hereafter executed by any Borrower or by any other person relating to the Loans or by... the Borrower with or for the benefit of the Bank including any guaranty, pledge, security or subordination agreement and related Uniform Commercial Code financing statements including without limitation the Patent Security Agreements and the Trademark Security Agreements; (iv) in each case, the term "Loan Documents" and any reference in this Agreement to any particular Loan Document shall mean and include all amendments, modifications, replacements, renewals, replacements or extensions of any and all such documents whenever executed. Loan Documents. Collectively, this Loan Agreement, the Note, and the Fixed Equitable Charge, as such documents may be amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time. Loan Documents do not include the Collaboration Agreement

All Definitions
