Example Definitions of "Loan Documents"
Loan Documents. All of the documents executed by Borrowers in connection with the Loan.
Loan Documents. Shall mean loan agreements between Borrower and Bank and promissory notes from Borrower in favor of Bank evidencing or relating to any of the Indebtedness, and shall include, without limitation, any interest rate swap or other interest rate protection agreement or any other derivative transaction, and deeds of trust, mortgages, security agreements, and other agreements, documents, and instruments executed by Borrower in connection with such loan agreements,... interest rate protection agreements and promissory notes, as such loan agreements, promissory notes, and other agreements, documents, and instruments are now in effect and as hereafter amended, restated, renewed or superseded. Loan Documents. Means this Agreement and the Note.
Loan Documents. Shall collectively mean the Promissory Note, Security Instrument (as defined herein), Security Agreement, consent of contractor, consent of architect, the construction schedule, this Agreement and any other instrument executed in connection with or evidencing the Loan;
Loan Documents. Shall mean the Credit Agreement, the Notes, , the Letters of Credit, the Intercreditor Agreement (as defined in the Credit Agreement), and the Security Documents (as defined in the Credit Agreement).
Loan Documents. Shall mean all agreements, documents, instruments and certificates entered into in connection with the Line of Credit Agreement.
Loan Documents. Means this Agreement, any and all notes evidencing the Obligations and all related documents, instruments and agreements.

Means, collectively, this Note, the Mortgage, the Note and Warrant Purchase Agreement, the Warrants, the Additional Warrants (as defined in the Note and Warrant Purchase Agreement), and all other documents and instruments executed and delivered in connection with this Note, in each case as the same may be renewed, extended, amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
