Loan Documents

Loan Documents. Means any documents, agreements, and instruments executed and delivered in connection with the Senior Indebtedness, including, without limitation, (i) that certain Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of June 16, 2004, by and among Grantor and Senior Lender, and (ii) that certain Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of August 31, 2004, by and among Grantor and Senior Lender.

Loan Documents. Loan Documents. Shall mean this Agreement, the Amended and Restated Note, the documents listed on this Agreement (excluding those documents executed and delivered by the Released Borrowers) as supplemented by the documents set forth on Exhibit 1.19, attached hereto and all exhibits, schedules, certificates, agreements, instruments and other documents delivered, or to be delivered by the Borrowers to the Bank pursuant to or in connection with the Loan Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents.

Loan Documents. Means this Agreement, that certain Letter Agreement dated February 3, 2000, that certain Reimbursement Agreement for Standby Letter(s) of Credit dated February 3, 2000, and any and all notes evidencing the Obligations, as any of them may be amended, modified or restated after the date hereof. Loan Documents. Loan Documents. Shall mean this Amended Note, the Loan Agreement and all other documents evidencing, securing, governing, guaranteeing and/or pertaining to this Amended Note.

Loan Documents. Are, collectively, this Agreement, any note, or notes or guaranties executed by Borrower, and any other present or future agreement between Borrower and/or for the benefit of the Banks in connection with this Agreement, all as amended, extended or restated; provided, however that certain Master Agency Agreement, entered into on or about the date of this Agreement, shall govern certain rights and responsibilities among the Banks.

Loan Documents. Means the Securities Purchase Agreement, the Convertible Notes, the Security Agreement and each of the other agreements entered into by the Borrower and/or the Lenders in connection therewith.

Loan Documents. That certain (i) Promissory Note dated July 30, 2001 in the original principal sum of Seventeen Million and No/100 Dollars ($17,000,000.00) executed and delivered by Seller and payable to the order of Lender, (ii) Deed of Trust and Security Agreement dated July 30, 2001, made and entered into by and among Seller, as borrower, Mark.
