Example Definitions of "Non-qualified Stock Option"
Non-qualified Stock Option. Or "NQSO" means an option to purchase Stock, granted under Section 6 or 12 herein, which is not intended to be an Incentive Stock Option.
Non-qualified Stock Option. An Option granted under the Plan that is designated as a Non-Qualified Stock Option, or otherwise does not qualify, as an ISO within the meaning of Section 422(b) of the Code
Non-qualified Stock Option. This term shall mean a Stock Option that is not an Incentive Stock Option.
Non-qualified Stock Option. The meanings set forth in the Plan
Non-qualified Stock Option. An Option (or portion thereof) that is not designated as an Incentive Stock Option by the Administrator, or which is designated as an Incentive Stock Option by the Administrator but fails to qualify as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.
Non-qualified Stock Option. An option which is not intended to constitute an "Incentive Stock Option" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.
Non-qualified Stock Option. Shall mean that stock option that does not qualify as an Incentive Stock Option under Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or any successor statute and any regulations promulgated there under.
Non-qualified Stock Option. Means an option to purchase Shares granted by the Committee which does not qualify, for any reason, as an Incentive Stock Option.
Non-qualified Stock Option. Any option granted to an Eligible Participant under the Plan which is not an Incentive Stock Option
Non-qualified Stock Option. Means an Option granted under the Plan that is not intended to qualify as an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code. For the avoidance of doubt, each Option granted under this Appendix shall be a Non-Qualified Stock Option.
