Example Definitions of "Non-qualified Stock Option"
Non-qualified Stock Option. An Option that is not intended to, or that does not, qualify as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.
Non-qualified Stock Option. An Option granted by the Committee to a Participant under the Plan which is not designated by the Committee as an Incentive Stock Option, as contemplated by Section 422 of the Code
Non-qualified Stock Option. A right granted to a Participant under Section 6(b) hereof, to purchase Shares or other Awards at a specified price during specified time periods. Options granted under the Plan do not qualify as "incentive stock options" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.
Non-qualified Stock Option. Any option to purchase shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to the provisions of Section 6 of the Plan that is not an Incentive Stock Option
