Non-qualified Stock Option

Example Definitions of "Non-qualified Stock Option"
Non-qualified Stock Option. Means any Stock Option granted to a Participant pursuant to this Plan, which is not an ISO
Non-qualified Stock Option. Any Option not intended to be an Incentive Stock Option.
Non-qualified Stock Option. Any Option that is not an ISO.
Non-qualified Stock Option. Means an Option not intended to be an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Sections 421 and 422 of the Code.
Non-qualified Stock Option. Shall mean an option to purchase Shares granted pursuant to Section 9 hereof, which Option is not intended to be and is not identified as an Incentive Stock Option, or an Option granted under the Plan that is intended to be and is identified as an Incentive Stock Option, but that does not meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code.
Non-qualified Stock Option. An Option that is not intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code.
Non-qualified Stock Option. An Option which, at the time such Option is granted, does not meet the definition of an Incentive Stock Option, whether or not it is designated as a Non-Qualified Stock Option in the Option Agreement
