Non-qualified Stock Option

Example Definitions of "Non-qualified Stock Option"
Non-qualified Stock Option. Means an option to purchase Shares granted by the Compensation Committee and/or the Board pursuant to the terms of the Plan, which option is not intended to qualify under Code section 422.
Non-qualified Stock Option. An Option (or portion thereof) that is not designated as an Incentive Stock Option by the Committee, or which is designated as an Incentive Stock Option by the Committee but fails to qualify as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.
Non-qualified Stock Option. An option granted pursuant to the Non-Qualified Stock Option provisions as set forth in Part III of this Plan
Non-qualified Stock Option. A Stock Option granted under this Plan which is not intended to qualify under Section 422(b) of the Code
Non-qualified Stock Option. An option granted under Section 6 of the Plan that is not an Incentive Stock Option
Non-qualified Stock Option. A right to purchase Common Stock from the Company that is granted under Section 6 of the Plan.
