Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. Or "Options" shall mean and refer to the right or rights granted to Employees to purchase Common Shares pursuant to an offering made under this Plan.
Option. Means the right to buy a fixed amount of Common Stock at the Exercise Price within a limited period of time designated as the term of the option as granted under Section 6 or 7 hereof.
Option. Shall mean an option to purchase shares of Stock, granted pursuant to the Plan and subject to the terms and conditions described in the Plan. Options shall not be incentive stock options within the meaning of Code Section 422A.
Option. Shall mean an option to purchase shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to Section 6(b) hereof.
Option. Means a stock option granted to a Nonemployee Director under Section 7 that entitles the holder to purchase from the Corporation a stated number of shares of Common Stock, subject to the terms of the Plan and applicable Option Agreement. An Option may be in the form of an Annual Option, an Initial Option or a Supplemental Option, as provided in Section 7.
Option. Shall mean the right, granted to a Grantee pursuant to Section 6, to purchase a specified number of shares of Common Stock, on the terms and subject to the restrictions set forth in this Plan and by the Committee upon the grant of the Option to the Grantee.
Option. Means the option rights granted by the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Plan;

Option. Shall mean an option granted under Section 5(a) of the Plan that is not intended to qualify as an incentive stock option under Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision.
Option. Means an Award pursuant to Section 5 or, in the case of a Non-Employee Director, Section 10 of the Plan.
