Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. Means a stock option granted under this Plan, which constitutes a nonqualified stock option.
Option. Shall include both: (i) purchase stock options (rights to acquire Shares as defined by the U.S. Plan repurchased by the Company prior to the vesting of the options); or (ii) subscription stock options (rights to subscribe for newly issued Shares).
Option. Shall mean a stock option granted pursuant to this Plan that entitles the holder to purchase Shares.
Option. Shall mean any Non-Qualified Stock Option granted pursuant to this Plan.
Option. Shall mean any stock option granted pursuant to this Plan, whether an Incentive Stock Option or a Non-Qualified Stock Option.
Option. Means an Incentive Option or a Nonstatutory Option.
Option. Shall mean an ISO or a Non-ISO.
Option. An option to purchase Common Stock granted under this Plan. Any Option granted hereunder shall not be intended to qualify as an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.
