Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. An option to purchase shares or units of Participating Subsidiary Equity granted pursuant to Section 6(b)
Option. Shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Option Agreement: "Option", "Option Period", "Exercise Fee".
Option. A stock option granted under this Plan and, unless the context otherwise requires, any term or provision of this Plan applicable to an Option shall also apply to any Stock Appreciation Right granted under the Plan
