Option

Option. An option to purchase Shares granted under the Plan in accordance with the terms of Article 6

Option. Any stock option granted under the Plan and described in Section 6 hereof. All Options shall be non-qualified options.

Option. An option to purchase Shares granted under Section 5 of the Plan. Options may either be Incentive Stock Options or Nonqualified Stock Options. An Option shall only be an Incentive Stock Option if it is so designated in the applicable Award Agreement.

Option. An option to purchase shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to the Plan. All Options granted hereunder are not intended to qualify as incentive stock options under Section 422 of the Code

Option. Means a stock option granted under Section 7 that entitles the holder to purchase from the Corporation a stated number of shares of Common Stock at the price set forth in an Award Agreement.

Option. One or more non-qualified stock options, issued to a Participant under any stock option plan of the Company, with respect to which the Participant has elected to defer the Stock Option Gain. Option shall not include any rights under the Company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan

Option. An option to purchase shares of Common Stock or, where the context so requires, the instrument which evidences such an option.

Option. The right that is granted hereunder to a Participant to purchase from the Company a stated number of shares of Common Stock at the price set forth in an Agreement

Option. An option to purchase Shares awarded under Sections 8 or 9 which does not meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or any successor law

Option. A right to receive, upon exercise, a cash payment (subject to Section 9 below), in accordance with the conditions set forth herein, equal to the difference between (i) the Fair Market Value of one share of Stock on the date of exercise and (ii) the exercise price established with respect to such right.
