Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. An option to purchase Shares granted under the Plan in accordance with the terms of Article 6
Option. Any stock option granted under the Plan and described in Section 6 hereof. All Options shall be non-qualified options.
Option. An option to purchase Shares granted under Section 5 of the Plan. Options may either be Incentive Stock Options or Nonqualified Stock Options. An Option shall only be an Incentive Stock Option if it is so designated in the applicable Award Agreement.
Option. An option to purchase shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to the Plan. All Options granted hereunder are not intended to qualify as incentive stock options under Section 422 of the Code
