Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. (u) "OPTION" shall mean an Incentive Stock Option or a Nonqualified Stock Option granted pursuant to this Sub-Plan.
Option. An option to purchase a Share under the Plan; no Option granted under the Plan shall be an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code
Option. An Initial Option or Biennial Option granted pursuant to the Plan to purchase shares of Common Stock which shall be a non-qualified stock option not intended to qualify as an incentive stock option under Section 422 of the Code
Option. Shall mean an option to purchase Shares granted pursuant to this Sub-Plan that does not qualify or is not intended to qualify as an incentive stock option under Section 422 of the Code.
Option. A Nonqualified Stock Option granted pursuant to this Sub-Plan.
Option. Means the right to purchase the number of Shares specified by the Board, or the Committee if one has been appointed, at a price and for a term fixed by the Board, or the Committee if one has been appointed, in accordance with the Plan, and subject to such other limitations and restrictions as the Plan and the Board or the Committee, as the case may be, may impose.
Option. The contractual right to purchase Shares upon the specific terms set forth in this Plan.
