Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. Shall mean, as the context requires, either the entire option to purchase Shares granted to a Participant pursuant to the Plan or the unexercised portion thereof.
Option. A stock option to acquire Company Stock issued to a Participant under the Incentive Compensation Plan or the Dominion Resources, Inc. Leadership Stock Option Plan for Salaried Employees.
