Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. A right to purchase a number of shares of Stock at such exercise price, at such times, and on such other terms and conditions as are specified herein or pursuant to such other documentation as may evidence the Award. Options granted under this Plan are not intended to satisfy the requirements for treatment as Incentive Stock Options as defined under Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
Option. The right, granted to a Participant under Section 6, to purchase Stock at the specified exercise price for a specified period of time under the Plan. Options granted under the Plan will be "non­qualified stock options" and not "incentive stock options" qualifying under Section 422 of the Code.
Option. A right to acquire Shares pursuant to the Plan;
Option. A right to acquire Shares for an amount determined by the board of directors of the Company pursuant to the Plan
Option. Means a stock option granted pursuant to the Plan that is not intended to qualify as an incentive stock option (as defined in the Code) and as designated in the applicable Option Agreement.
Option. Means the nonqualified stock option granted herein.
Option. The meaning set forth in the Conversion Agreement
Option. Any option to purchase shares of the Common Stock of the Company granted pursuant to this Plan
