Parent

Parent. 313 Acquisition LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Parent. Shall mean any entity (other than the Corporation) in an unbroken chain of entities ending with the Corporation, provided each entity in the unbroken chain (other than the Corporation) owns, at the time of the determination, securities possessing fifty percent (50%) or more of the total combined voting power of all classes of security in one of the other entities in such chain.

Parent. Has the meaning specified in the first introductory paragraph hereto.

Parent. Suntory Holdings Limited, a Japanese corporation (kabushiki kaisha), until a successor replaces it and, thereafter, means such successor.

Parent. Shall mean any corporation (other than the Company) in an unbroken chain of corporations ending with the Company, each of which (other than the Company) owns at least 50% of the total combined voting power of all classes of stock in one of the other corporations in such chain, as provided in Section 424(e) of the Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder

Parent. Means Reven Housing REIT, Inc., a Maryland corporation.

Parent. Shall mean, in the case of an Incentive Stock Option, a "parent corporation," within the meaning of Section 424(e) of the Code, with respect to the Company, and in all other instances, an entity, directly or indirectly, in Control of the Company.

Parent. Sotherly Hotels Inc., a Maryland corporation

Parent. Bridgetech International Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation

Parent. Shall mean any present or future corporation which would be a parent corporation of the Bank or the Company as defined in Sections 424(e) and (g) of the Code.
