Parent. 313 Acquisition LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Parent. Shall mean any entity (other than the Corporation) in an unbroken chain of entities ending with the Corporation, provided each entity in the unbroken chain (other than the Corporation) owns, at the time of the determination, securities possessing fifty percent (50%) or more of the total combined voting power of all classes of security in one of the other entities in such chain.
